馬六甲首長：獻議印菲航空公司‧設往返廖內馬尼拉航線

（馬六甲）甲州首席部長拿督斯里莫哈末阿里表示，州政府向印尼廖內（RIAU）航空公司及菲律賓宿霧（CEBU）航空公司獻議於峇株安南機場開設新航線，提供馬六甲往返廖內及馬尼拉的航班服務。
他表示，州政府與亞航洽談在甲州機場開設“世界文化遺產”航班服務，開設飛往馬六甲、檳城及婆羅浮屠的航線；同時，希望飛熒公司考慮在馬六甲開設航線。

交通部津貼機場稅
首長週五（11月13日）早上在州政府大廈禮堂主持“2009年素質日”頒獎儀式後，在新聞發佈會上這麼表示。
首長指出，交通部長拿督斯里翁詩傑已針對峇株安南機場問題來函答覆，並表示該部門同意給予津貼。
換言之，在甲機場增設服務的新航空公司，或開設新航線及增加航線，首12個月內可獲得每名入境乘客25令吉的機場稅津貼。

峇株安南機場明年1月開幕
他說，峇株安南機場將在明年1月15日由首相拿督斯里納吉主持落成開幕儀式，當日也將舉辦大型醫藥旅遊展，加強此機場的特色。他表示，有關展覽和其他機場商店，將在開幕儀式前一天先準備及營業，歡迎有興趣者加入陣容。
另外，首長指出，首相當天為機場主持開幕後，將逗留在馬六甲出席一系列節目，包括與國陣領袖會面、為萬里茂回教堂主持開幕、巡訪實甘漁人碼頭、甘榜摩登賞甲河及主持瑪拉工藝大學學院市區分院開幕等。
他說，當晚州政府安排非政府組織與首相共餐，會上將頒發證書和紀念品予對甲州發展有功的組織及團體。

納茲里坦承幹訓局課程含種族主義

（吉隆坡）首相署部長拿督斯里納茲里今日（週一，12月7日）坦承，國家幹訓局課程的內容確實包含馬來種族主義，不符合一個馬來西亞精神，因此有進一步修改的必要。

他說，修改課程內容是內閣的決定，因為國家幹訓局的費用來自馬來西亞各族人民繳付的稅金，所以課程內容不能只是注重一個族群，而必須惠及所有種族。“馬來西亞是屬於所有種族的，不是只屬於馬來人及土著的，所以我不同意有關課程只突出馬來人的愛國主義。既然現在有這個問題，我就要知道為何有這個問題？難道你要說，馬來西亞只屬於馬來人？政府只是馬來人政府？只有馬來人才能夠有愛國精神，其他種族就不愛國？”

納茲里週一在國會走廊接受媒體訪問時說，國家幹訓局在這課題上，不能再只是表現出“否認症候群”，因為許多人都知道國家幹訓局的課程內容。“不要以為外面的人不知道，幹訓局課程只是灌輸馬來愛國主義。我要提醒他們，雪州行政議員哈山 阿里曾是國家幹訓局總監，而公正黨國會議員如雙溪大年佐哈里阿都、馬樟區國會議員賽夫丁哈山阿里及安華岳父等都曾是國家幹訓局官員。他們怎麼可能不知道課 程內容？誰敢說沒有這回事發生？” 他說，過去也有不少人出席過有關課程，有者甚至感到非常憤怒，因為這課程還提及馬來人主權，這是非常荒謬的事情。他認為，現在已經不是60、70年代，資訊傳播非常迅速，根本無法掩蓋幹訓局課程內容。“想否認的人用腦想一下，如何否認？你告訴我？如何說謊？你要說謊？你只是讓人民笑而已？” 他強調，既然國家幹訓局用了好幾百萬令吉人民的錢，就要用在對的地方，所謂的課程絕不能只以馬來人愛國主義為方向。“我不認同幹訓局課程內容，又何錯之有？”
納茲里也強調，政府並不是因為雪州政府決定不讓官員參與該課程才決定修改課程內容；其實在納吉接任首相後，就決定配合一個馬來西亞概念而修改有關課程。

納茲里說，首相拿督斯里納吉已經提出“一個馬來西亞概念”，因此，國家幹訓局的課程內容必須符合一個大馬精神。
他重申，幹訓局的撥款來自各族人民繳付的稅金，課程內容不應只注重一個族群，而是必須惠及所有種族。
他強調本身是全民部長，如果一項課程只讓一個族群受惠，他絕對無法認同。

Doctor? Is he?

What so good about doctor? They think that they are highly educated, smart, high level of people? Yeah, may be is true…but definitely not good in EQ and some even has bad attitude………..

I met one yesterday (07 Sept 09 at 3.30pm) at Klinik Kesihatan Cheng, Melaka.

This is a Chinese Doctor who works at Klinik Kesihatan Cheng, Melaka who has very bad working attitude and worse in EQ….I can’t even think he can throw a medical report in front of OKU people…..and ask patient to wait as he like just because he want to go back home………

If our government hospital engages all this kind of doctor…..this is really shame of Malaysian….it is not only bias/discriminate to OKU people but also not helping patient (I though doctor should help patient)………not even spend a little time (patience) ……I really hope this kind of doctor will receive his own punishment soon…………It really made me damn angry………..How can I complain about him?

Bad Luck

Recently really bad luck…..my Nokia N95 broken…..my house leakage caused all my built-in cabinet wet, my father fell down at drain because he worn my slipper which don’t have friction, my fish pond suddenly water leak out, airport site defect issue received few complains……etc.
Hope all will not happen again…..hehehehe!!!

珍惜眼前人

Recently I have attended few funerals. A bit shock and down.
First, was my neighbor, then my friend’s mother, my uncle, and yesterday my friend’s cousin. All happen within these 2 weeks.
Hope that all of us should “珍惜眼前人”。

Feeling Not Good

Recently my heart feeling is not comfortable. I myself also don’t know why. May be it is coming to the period of handover of Melaka Airport – Main terminal building and Air Tower Control Building. Afraid of all end users comment and other additional request come out, which will spoil the taking over process.
Therefore, almost everyday need to remind all M&E subcons to close/clear all the commented defects given by end users before.
At the moment is the training period allocated. All M&E subcons have been scheduled to provide hand on / application/maintenance training to all the users who will be using those building. Hope that everything will be fine and no comments added later on.
Then we will have trial run for all the end users in order for them to familiar all the M&E equipments during the actual operation time.
Next phase is the transition period, which is really the troublesome one. We got to help end user to arrange how is the transition plan for them to transfer from old building to new building, old airside to new airside…etc….
In fact, it has been written up to the main con on transition plan many many times, but due to the others reason (C&S issue, ID issue, Architect issue, main con issue), M&E consultant got to rewrite.
Unfortunately, AFRS building not yet completed. It is targeted to complete by 31 May 2009. This has been promised by Main Con (but without consult M&E subcons).
Anyhow, I really wish all the training, transition can be settled without any problem. Or else my heart will continue feel no good everyday.

Mr. Hau Wedding

Mr. Hau wedding dinner on 21 Mar 09, I was invited by him. After checking with him what will be the dissert, he mentioned is coconut pudding, which I don’t like it at all. And he promised me he will specially serve me ice-cream instead of coconut pudding. Therefore, before the dinner start I have reminded him don’t let me down and he said eventhough he got no time, he will personally go out and buy ice cream for me.
In fact I don’t expect much from him and even if he don’t serve me ice cream, it is nothing to me and I though he just kidding.
What made me feel great is that he has DONE it…..he reserved an ice cream for me and he brought the ice cream to me himself. I am so touching about this.
Thank you Mr. Hau and wish you happy wedding…….he is now in honey moon at Bali Island. Hehe…..don’t know if I got souvenir from him or not………

Holidays in SOLO

Finally, I have got 4 days 3 nights holiday to Solo, Indonesia. This trip has been booked early in year 2008 through Air Asia. Nothing much I expect to have a enjoyable or remarkable trip, but the main purpose is to relax and have a peace on my mind after long working, tension and busy period.

Well, this is the City of Batik. Of course I bought few Batik shirts back home. Do some city walk, visit some shopping malls around the hotel. Went around the local “Pasar = Traditional Market” to get some cheap stuffs instead of going to those tourist shops to get expensive stuffs.

What a coincident, the next day is the President of Indonesia come to Solo. The purpose of his visit is to attend the official Open ceremony for Solo Adi Sumarmo International Airport. This is a new airport which already operates around a month. It is not a big airport but more than enough to cater all the necessary.

Security is very tight around the city due to the President coming. You can see a group of policemen everywhere. I can say every 150m. Fortunately I have the opportunity to meet the President. He is very friendly and when keep waive his hand to the crowd when his driver drive through the road.

I am staying at Hotel IBIS Solo. This hotel is new too (Less than a year operation) and it is cleaned and tidy. However, its WIFI is chargeable which I think should be free for their customer and it charge expensive too. But they miss out to pick up me at the Airport as I have emailed to inform them a day early. Therefore end up I have to wait at the Airport around 1.30 hours. Distance from Airport to Hotel is around 30 mins which is not correct as mentioned in your catalogue (15 mins).

Well, Indonesia President election is coming soon (on 8 April 09), therefore everywhere you can see all the "Kepala" Poster spread around the street, TV and Radio advertisement.

What a bad luck is that my checked in baggage is overloaded by 10 kgs. Air Asia allow 15kgs only. Therefore I have to pay 450000 rupee just for the 10kgs extra. I would like to suggest to all airline company to consider some marketing strategic. Example: To promote healthy life in a way that encourage customer to cut weight. By consider the body weight: If the people is light, then they can bring more loaded weight of baggage or give them some bonus, etc. Hehehe ….good strategic yeah??

Whow....i discover small dogs at Melaka Airport Site. There are 4 numbers of puppies .....2 chocolate, 1 black and 1 gray color.....very cute right?

No body want them .......what a pity!!!

ST decided to call her friend to come and pick one.....finally her friend decided to take back one...Do you know what colour he choose??

Fire Accident

On 2 Feb 09, my friend came back from Kuching after the Chinese New Year holidays.....

He name is Thia. He is the COW of Melaka Airport. His company sent him to supervise Melaka Airport Project. Therefore, he rent an apartment during this supervision period.

When he arrived at his home.......see what happen.................

He very angry is that the landlord don't even informed him about the fire accident.

The apartment can not be stayed anymore......therefore he called me for help.......

Finally, he decided to move out of the apartment and move to my own house....

Fish

Yesterday (30 Jan 09) after lunch, ST, Misfit and me decided to go to 粱兄弟鱼场to buy fish. Finally I have decided to buy 4 numbers of 鲤鱼。After I go back home, I quickly put it into the fish pond.
Today morning before I come to work, I found that 2 numbers of鲤鱼 has dead.
希望它们能安息吧！心里也会安慰点。

Friend Visit

On 29 Jan 09, some of my Malay friends come to my parent house ( I am still living with parent) at 9pm for Chinese New Year visiting. There are Najib, Bharin Family (wife and daughter), Wan, Mee, Fis and Najib’s friend. We chit cha for a while and I bring them to visit my own house (just next next of my parent house).
All of them have never seen Passion Fruit. And I have planted in my own house. This is the first time they see the passion fruit tree……

Slow....Slow....and Slow.....

Today is the 2nd Day I started work since Chinese New Year holidays. 好无聊！！！Bored and do nothing at site office. Because I can’t do much…….got to wait for all M&E subcons start their works. And all M&E subcons are taking long Chinese New Year holidays. Therefore, I suggested to ST Chik to go for early lunch and take the opportunity to pay the Bil Hasil Tanah and Bil Cukai Pintu.
When we reach MBMB, whow……so many people and congested at the pay in counters. I only manage to get the number which is around 100 peoples in front of me. Therefore I decided to go to Jaya Jusco and look for another counter to pay.

When we reached there, although is less people but still very slow. Wait for around 25 mins then is my turn. I was looking at the officers and see why take so long……..Oh my god…….There are 3 persons in charge for one customer just to settle for a bill……One person in charge for collecting many and do key in, second person in charge for return the bil to customer, and third person in charge for collecting the receipt and put in the box. What a waste of human resource!!!
And another person just sitting at a corner and do as information counter….but it was empty ….
I am thinking that why we need so many person (4 persons) just to settle one customer’s bill….why we need to wait and paying government money……Should it be spend less time paying money as compare to collecting money? Anything go wrong on the human resource arrangement by government to all customers (People)? Do you think the government need to review on the system?
I don’t know and let the people to judge for me!!!!

Secondary Schoolmate Gathering

This Chinese Ox New Year’s 2nd Day at 12.30pm is our secondary Schoolmate gathering date. All the times, is Vincent Kok arranges this gathering and most of the times gather at his house.
But it seem that not much friend attend this gathering and people that seem are those who always out for drink and locate at Melaka Area. During this gathering, those friends who have married bring their children and those mothers distribute “Ang Bow” for children.
Vincent Kok’s house has set up a toy room for these children with air –con facility. And they play happily.
During this gathering, the common question asked by them is” Economy crisis effect your business?”, “When you start work?”…………
Anyway, hope that everybody 牛年金錢赚不完, 新年快樂, 這一年就會財源滾滾.

Working On Third Day of Chinese New Year 09

Today is the Third Day of Chinese Ox Year 09. But I got to work today. Attend 2 meetings. One is at 9am and another is at 3pm.

Meeting today basically concern of the extension of Melaka Airport Runway to 2135m from 1800m.

As informed we will get LA from Melaka Government today or tomorrow.

At Melaka Airport site office today seems everybody still in new year mood.

Hope this project can be finished smoothly and successfully.
