Today is the 2nd Day I started work since Chinese New Year holidays. 好无聊!!!Bored and do nothing at site office. Because I can’t do much…….got to wait for all M&E subcons start their works. And all M&E subcons are taking long Chinese New Year holidays. Therefore, I suggested to ST Chik to go for early lunch and take the opportunity to pay the Bil Hasil Tanah and Bil Cukai Pintu.
When we reach MBMB, whow……so many people and congested at the pay in counters. I only manage to get the number which is around 100 peoples in front of me. Therefore I decided to go to Jaya Jusco and look for another counter to pay.
When we reached there, although is less people but still very slow. Wait for around 25 mins then is my turn. I was looking at the officers and see why take so long……..Oh my god…….There are 3 persons in charge for one customer just to settle for a bill……One person in charge for collecting many and do key in, second person in charge for return the bil to customer, and third person in charge for collecting the receipt and put in the box. What a waste of human resource!!!
And another person just sitting at a corner and do as information counter….but it was empty ….
I am thinking that why we need so many person (4 persons) just to settle one customer’s bill….why we need to wait and paying government money……Should it be spend less time paying money as compare to collecting money? Anything go wrong on the human resource arrangement by government to all customers (People)? Do you think the government need to review on the system?
I don’t know and let the people to judge for me!!!!
